Refund policy

If you are not pleased with your order please contact us! We are here to help.

We will allow a return for a full refund to your original form of payment, exchange for another item, or store credit (whichever you prefer), minus shipping fees (except where the law requires us to refund them), within 14 days of your purchase being delivered to you. After 14 days, all sales are final, except for defective items covered by the legal guarantee. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.

Please make sure to read the description and look at all the visual details of the piece in the photographs BEFORE purchasing. We try to include as many details as possible for each listing so you will know what you are getting. If there is a question, just email us at contact@atelier363.com before purchasing and we will get back to you very quickly with answers.

Any piece sent back for return, exchange or store credit will need to be wrapped and packaged in a similar manner to how it was originally shipped to you. Use a shipping service that provides tracking while in transit. Return postage is non-refundable.
