FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS (NO MINIMUM).

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will typically ship immediately or may take up to 24 hours. Processing time can increase during sales and holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code. We offer:

• First Class: Delivered within the US in 3-5 business days.
• 2-3 Day Delivery: Delivered within the US in 2-3 business days.
• 1 Day Delivery: Delivered within the US in 1 business day.

Please note that expedited shipping orders (2-3 Day and 1 Day Delivery) do NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe under the section "Order Processing" above still applies to your order. 

We will not refund your order or shipping costs due to a lack of understanding of the above conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship jewelry internationally. We charge $15. It usually takes 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive once your order has been processed. (For all other items, please email to inquire about shipping cost.)

ALL fees incurred due to taxes + customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. Please contact ceci@atelier363.com and we will assist you in replacing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking info.
