We want you to feel happy and fully satisfied with any purchase from Atelier 363. Please contact us if you have any questions about any piece you are considering purchasing. We are happy to help. Most of the pieces are one of a kind or very limited edition and are completely handcrafted. Please check our website often since we upload pieces daily.

We try really hard to ship your order right away, so if after placing your order you decide to make a change, please contact us as soon as you can and we will try to accommodate.

If you are not pleased with your order please contact us! We are here to help.
We will allow a return for a full refund to your original form of payment, exchange for another item, or store credit (whichever you prefer), minus shipping fees, within 14 days of your purchase being delivered to you. All purchases are final sale after 14 days. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.
Please make sure to read the description and look at all the visual details of the piece in the photographs BEFORE purchasing. We try to include as many details as possible for each listing so you will know what you are getting. If there is a question, just email us at contact@atelier363.com before purchasing and we will get back to you very quickly with answers.
Any piece sent back for return, exchange or store credit will need to be wrapped and packaged in a similar manner to how it was originally shipped to you. Use a shipping service that provides tracking while in transit. Return postage is non-refundable.

We can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. Your order MUST be in its original condition.
Please contact us to process an exchange and specify the reason for the return, and we will send an authorization email to you. You cannot return your item(s) until we have authorized the return. Any un-authorized return will not be accepted.

Please contact us as soon as there is an issue so we can assess the situation. All our pieces are very unique and we will need clear photos so that we can provide you with a solution. We guarantee our work for 30 days. We understand life happens, and will try to repair items for free anytime possible within that timeframe.

If your item does not fit you, contact us immediately! We can exchange it for a better size (see section above: How Do I Exchange My Order?).

Contact us right away if you lose an earring. We will try to create a half order for you if we have the elements needed. You will be charged 50% off the price of the earrings.

Do not swim, bathe, or shower while wearing your Atelier 363 jewelry and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture whenever possible. Be especially careful with long necklaces that may get caught and pulled. This will stretch out the fine wires that are in between the beads (this cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced if it happens). We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom).

Do not clean jewelry with chemicals. Instead, gently wipe with a damp cloth and only when absolutely necessary. Most of our pieces are patinated for a vintage look, therefore minimize any rubbing as this will remove the beautiful patina.

Orders will typically ship immediately or may take up to 24 hours. Processing time can increase during sales and holidays.
